Nice to see someone else....
get a public @sswhipping on National TV. I feel bad for Texas Tech and I think Mike Leach (for all his quirks) is a pretty decent coach, but it was nice to see another "Top Ranked Team" get a big ole swirly and take the mantle of "Biggest Egg Laid on National TV" away from the Dawgs.
In all seriousness their game last night was not unlike our 1st half against Bama or 2nd Half (really all game) against UF. While Oklahoma is a good team I don't think that they are 40+ points better than Texas Tech, just like I still don't think that Bama or UF are 30-40+ points better than we are. It was just a perfect storm of turnovers, penalties and really good defense by the opponent.

P.S.
Does anyone else think that we are going to get our rear ends handed to us on Saturday if we haven’t significantly worked on our tackling and mental discipline during the bye week?
Thursday night was the best thing that could have happened
When the game began, my wife asked me which way I was rooting. I told her, “I either want Miami to win or Georgia Tech to blow them out. Georgia Tech winning 17-14 does us no good.”
Well, I got my wish. The Yellow Jackets looked great in a game that every Red and Black coach and player undoubtedly was watching. I’m sure it got the team’s attention and ensured that the Ramblin’ Wreck will have the Bulldogs’ full attention in the coming week.
Go 'Dawgs!
I hope they were watching
I thought Thursday night was no-beer bowling night.
I was right

Designed to provide Georgia students with an alcohol-free environment, coach Mark Richt’s 12-week bowling challenge features 32 five-person teams. Eighteen teams are reserved for football players. The challenge is held every Thursday night.

Dang
I mean, I’m glad the team’s not out getting into trouble on the night that spawned the saying, “Thursday is the first day of the rest of your weekend.”
I’m guessing they saw some game film, though.
Go 'Dawgs!
First half
I watched the first half of the TT-OU game. I was blown away. OU’s defensive gameplan and execution was great. But what also grabbed my attention was Murray’s runs. OMG! On some of those toss sweeps, the OL totally sealed everyone and he exploded for a 6 yard game before anyone even came on his radar. His and the offense’s quickness were really jarring.
60-2
I have nothing to add other than that is the record of the Sooners at home under Bob Stoops. Sixty And Two!
