PrintThe state of the ACC is a great allegory for the goals of the No Child Left Behind law - the main purpose of which is to "close the achievement gap."
Well the ACC shows the quickest way to close the gap is to bring the top down to the middle. Everyone is mediocre. Hooray for parity!

Travis the 75 word thing . . .
came about because our fanposts are outsourced to the Department of the Treasury. They understand that 15 words may be all you need to meet your current obligations, but they’d like you to take that other 600 billion, err, um, 60 words and spread it around. It’s good for the economy. I mean the blogosphere. Whatever.
