I am not saying this is the most disturbing picture that I have ever seen

But it is quite close

The children in the back staring at him just only add to the level of disturbedness (that even a word?) of this picture

I have already seen where some UGA fans have admitted to seeing this guy at the UGA game and that he was MORE DISTURBING in person. That is scary

I just hope I never see him

What are the odds that . . .

a) that guy has to register with the state of Louisiana every time he moves, and
b) is violating his probation by being within 100 feet of those kids?

Those Poor Boyscouts!

Those poor kids will never want to chase a cheerleader around the rest of their life ( at least not without a little therapy). Its rumored that this is the captain of the cheerleader squad’s mother!
