No. 3 seed North Carolina . . . also gone, dispatched by No. 11 seed George Mason, who, like Francisco Franco, is still dead.
No. 5 seed Pitt . . . gone, as well, victimized by No. 13 seed Bradley.
Either everyone involved in seeding this tournament needs to be banned from participation as a member of any future selection committee or you can stick a fork in the arguments in favor of a playoff, 'cause they are done.
